1. Name:
The Club shall be called "Invicta Northern Ireland Supporters Club", referred to from this point as "INVICTANISC".
2. Aims & Objectives:
a) INVICTANISC aims to help Northern Ireland supporters reach their full potential and to uphold the name of the Northern Ireland FA and will also offer strenuous opposition to anything that might tend to its detriment.
b) INVICTANISC is managed independently of other Northern Ireland supporters clubs as are its finances.
c) INVICTANISC is a non-sectarian and non political club.
d) INVICTANISC has for its aims and objectives:-
2.1. To safeguard and promote the interests of the parent club, namely, Northern Ireland.
2.2. To reach out and bring together all Northern Ireland supporters regardless of Gender, Religion, Colour, etc;
2.3. To generate goodwill for the club amongst both current and potential supporters and members through organising social activities.
2.4. To interact with the club in order to represent the views of supporters and members.
2.5. To provide members with the opportunity to express their views and interests regarding the club.
3. Membership:
3.1. INVICTANISC membership is unlimited and open to all supporters.
3.2. Annual membership is free, with only the members that attend meetings/functions being asked to make a small voluntary contribution on the night .
3.3. Approval of memberships will be at the descretion of INVICTANISC.
3.4. Once approved of membership, members will receive a membership card and a copy of the Constitution and Rules, full forum access and updates on club events.
4. Rights of members:
4.1. Members shall all have sole speaking and voting rights.
4.2. Only members of the club shall hold office on the Committee.

5.1. The club shall consist of a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer. The elected officers along with 4 members shall form the Committee.
6. Committee:
6.1. The elected officers along with a maximum of 4 members will form the Committee.
6.2. Only the Chairman (or acting Chairman should he/she be absent) will have two votes, the second to be used when necessary.
under review by the remaining members. 6.3. The Committee shall have the power to request any member to resign if he/she is in breach of club Constitution/Rule number 10.1. 7. Meetings: 7.1. The Committee shall conduct all of the clubs normal business. Committee meetings shall be held on a bi monthly basis and shall be attended by all elected members unless circumstance does not allow. 7.2. General meetings shall be called by the Committee or by requisition of not less than 8 members. Requisition is to be in the form of an email to the Club Secretary at least 21 days before the meeting, stating plainly the objects of the meeting. 7.3. Dates of meetings shall be published to the members at least 21 days before the meeting is to take place (if not published directly after last Committee meeting). 7.4. A minimum of 5 members will form a Quorum.(minimum number of members required to make a decision on behalf of the club) 7.5. All decisions will be agreed by a majority vote of the Committee. 7.6. Failure to attend five meetings without apologies will render a persons place on the Committee
8. Alterations to the Constitution:
8.1. No alterations or additions shall be made except by the Committee and at a Committee meeting. All members have the right to put forward to the Committee, changes/additions to the Constitution.
9. Accounts
9.1. The club shall be run on a strictly not for profit basis.
9.2. The club Trearurer shall keep detailed and accurate accounts of these and make a record of these available to the Committee as and when requested.
10. Conduct of members
10.1. The Committee and the club shall have the power to refuse or revoke membership in the event of a supporter/member being prejudicial to the good name of the club.
10.2. The Committee after investigation of the facts may request an officer/member to resign their membership, but for the purposes of this rule, a vote of two-thirds or four (4) of the Committee will be required.
10.3. Any member may resign or withdraw their membership giving reasonable notice to the secretary.
10.4. The Committee will advise the member of the reasons for any actions taken giving the member reasonable time to mount a defence to the Committee, if necessary, notice shall be given containing particulars of complaints made.
10.5. No member shall be expelled without first having the opportunity of either appearing before the Committee or answering the Complaints made against him/her unless two-thirds or four (4) of the Committee press for his/her expulsion.
